Outstanding Customer Service
Outstanding customer service experience with Courtney. We spent an hour and a half on the phone with Courtney this evening and he dealt with football pickups, meal preparations, and four kiddos winding down for the evening, all with grace and understanding. This is something I’ve been putting off doing for far too long and he made the process as painless as possible, answering a myriad of questions without missing a step.
