Wondershare Team, I have not received any updates from your team after Nov 4. This issue has persisted since November 2, when I purchased the software, and remains unresolved. My request number is 4280110. Please cancel my subscription and issue a refund asap.
I bought it today, and it couldn't repair the damaged files. I asked them for a refund, but they said they wanted to analyze the damaged files. It seems they don't like to refund and are just wasting my time. I have shared the damaged files with them and now they want me to reinstall the software and try it again. I know it won't work. My email is rakeshbaroatgmail.com. I am waiting for your response .
