A nightmare!
Returning an item is the most ridiculously complicated process I have ever dealt with in my life. They kept trying to get me to keep the item for less than a 100% refund and I had to return 2 seperate email before they would give me the return address. You have to send back all original packaging, fill out a form, take pictures of the form and the return receipt from the post office, email them the pictures etc etc. Such a pain! On top of it all, item wasn't like it was pictured. In credible disappointed! Save your time and money!
