Cheep fabric, Good customer service.
The positive first, the christmas jumper I purchased looks and feels good. However for the price paid I expected much higher quality item like a good sweatshirt, the jumper is quite thin more like a fluffy tshirt. The item arrived later than i expected, I placed the order on the 03/12/25 it wasn't dispatched until the 15/12/25 I received the order on 22/12/25. What i am most disappointed about is that on the 15th when I got the email to say the item had been dispatched from china I emailed customer support to check if this was correct, but never got a reply to my email. While I stand by my review of the product I have increased my overall rating as since posting the review customer services have been in contact & apologised and given me a partial refund.
