Multi million pound company and they still owe me money. I sent back some dry robes and only received a refund for some of them £80 when I had spent £140?!! So not only have they got their products back at my expense (£15) they have also stolen £60 from me?! I have also provided photographic evidence of all the goods being packed and sent back. surprise Surprise you can’t speak to anyone and nobodies coming back to me via email. Wtf happened to customer service? Why is is always the little guy in business that suffers?
