Communication could be better
Communication with bus.com for the booking and changes to our booking was not easy. Unfortunately, our booking changed within 24 hours of our trip (flight cancellation) and no discount or refund was able to be provided. Instead of 2 days for the study tour, we only ended up having 1 day. Everything went well with the actual trip (regional transportation study tour).
