Initially all great. Quck to respond and perfect service. I started in Chike and the esim connected quick and easy. Then I crossed into Argentina and the multi country esim is supposed to work here as well. I contacted them again and the first person tried to help via WhatsApp chat but with no success. Then suddenly it's all about giving them GOOD review of the chat nothing else. I clicked on BAD as my problem was not resolved and after that it was a joke. They expect the GOOD review before doing the work. Could be 5 star but I literally had to block them after 20 texts to "force" me to click on GOOD
