Pathetic and this is the last time I dealt with yall. Utterly horrible and disgusted and I will give you my reasons. The lady who I spoke to told me take our services and you can do spilt payments like 150cad per month. 1.You know what the guy did when he came to my house yall charged me entire full amount on my credit card. 2.now my cameras are not working 3. Whenever I call yall each and every rep ask me security questions and will put me on hold for 5 mins and than transfer me to another representative. 4. When yall send your technician no offences to anybody on working slow like Joe Biden however he wasn’t aware of wat he was doing, even im going to get old some day but lack of competence was not appreciated I just procrastinated with him entire day. 5. I can’t view my clips or nothing bout my cloud details. 6.Im never in a million yrs recommending yall to anybody. 7. Now I changed my wifi connect and entire system is down and my cameras are not working when I call yall to fix it yall just keep on transferrin and wasting my time.
