Extremely poor experience
Extremely poor experience. Had started byte earlier this year and was in the process of waiting MONTHS for refinement aligners.. Now that they’ve stopped production, any progress I made is trashed. Never got aligners and the ones I have now won’t hold up. I was paying monthly through a credit card, and feel as if I should be refunded some amount for the hassle!! I didn’t even finish the treatment or get the results I wanted. For them to now make us go out of pocket to the dentist to get consent forms, x-rays, etc when we went to them for treatment is wild!!
