Everyone that I had contact with throughout this process (1 1/2 days…literally 25 hours from start to finish) was extremely prompt, polite and professional. I had the most interactions with Charles. He was promot with his text responses and clear with the steps I needed to complete in order to keep the process moving. If you find yourself needing to ‘get rid’ of a vehicle…don’t want/need to trade it in, it’s mechanically not the best, even if it had been in an accident, reach out to CarVIO.
