I received a propane torch that did not ignite. I tried numerous times and finally contacted customer service. Kaus (rep) contacted me that I was getting a refund. It was done quickly and professionally. I was skeptical if Sakerplus was legit but I have purchased numerous items and continue to be very pleased!
