Logistics are a big problem!
Unfortunately stuck with a Saturday delivery day. 5:30, it’s dark and box hasn’t arrived. Obscure ship service and tracking # provided is invalid.Also, temperature dropping and some items perishable: lettuce, tomatoes. Told by customer service I had to give them until the end of the day, but ship center in Jersey and I live in Rhode Island.Immediately canceled subscription. Too bad, the meals were much better than Factor, but you can’t eat frozen spinach and greens. Very disappointed. Try harder, Blue Apron, seriously.
