Got sent wrong item
Sent me the wrong necklace got nan necklace instead of mum necklace, then making out I'd ordered the wrong one even tho I screenshot my order and sent them it which proved they sent me wrong one they wanted the weigh bill number then got a email to say yes we sent you wrong order waited few days and did get right one but crap service making out it was my fault even tho it was there mistake won't be using again and definitely wouldn't recommend
