I had a wonderful experience from a nightmare. My plane was cancelled from Lebanon and I was very upset. I had to be back at work the next day, not to mention the stress of going back and forth to the airport to get the new flight. Agnieszka was my point of care and she helped me quickly, and efficiently from the first connection with her. She correspondence was clear, easy to follow, and so importantly timely. I didn’t wait anytime at all to get a response from her ever. She answered all my questions and gave me a real sense of not being alone in my quest to get reimbursement from the airline.
