I am very disappointed with this experience. My package was reported as undeliverable by the carrier due to a transport incident. Since then, I have contacted customer support multiple times, but I keep receiving the same generic responses saying that the issue is under investigation. Unfortunately, no clear solution, replacement shipment, or refund has been provided so far. My issue remains unresolved, and I still do not know when or how it will be resolved. What frustrates me most is that customer service seems unable to make decisions or provide concrete updates. Each time, I am referred to another department without receiving any real information. I understand that shipping problems can happen, but customers deserve clear communication and timely solutions when issues occur.
