We do not have an order acknowledgement. We paid for quick ship. No idea where the order is. Very frustrated. I was contacted, information was provided to me. No one seems to know what happened to the confirmation emails etc, but the order did in fact ship and the company did promptly respond to the review and the concerns raised.
