my grocer order was very late so i called them and was told that it was cancelled due to transport problems at the store. i had no correspondence from them tosay ths until i phoned them. i am registered with them as disabled and therefore relay on the delivery to have food a in the house. i was tp;e tjeu were sorry but nothing they could do than rebook the delivery between 2pm and 6pm the folloiwng day i explained to them that as disabled person i was unable to leave the house so therefore would be without food and more importantly essentials milk , bread eggs cereal. they said there was nothing they could do than offer me the relacement next day delivery. i think owing to my circu mstances and being a customer for ovr 20 years this is not acceptable
