Kinsta Refuses to Address Business Impersonation Appears to Violate Their Own Terms Of Service

Kinsta's handling of a site hosted on their platform impersonating my business is utterly unacceptable. The site displays my business name, phone number, and TDLR-issued professional license number, creating false affiliation and misleading consumers in my regulated Texas industry under deceptive practices laws. I reported this with evidence of impersonation, false designation under 15 U.S.C. §1125(a), and associated spam. They disabled outbound email but refuse to suspend the site, wrongly insisting on DMCA procedures despite this clearly not being a copyright matter. In my opinion, Kinsta is violating its Terms of Service sections on prohibiting misleading content (6.1), malicious activity (6.4), legal compliance (6.3), and suspension authority (6.7). Despite multiple notices to Kinsta, the issue persists as their customer refuses to remove my information despite being noticed legally that they do not have authorization. I'm now filing complaints with the FTC, Texas AG, TDLR, and other relevant agencies. I'll share my experience on BBB, Google, Reddit, and similar platforms. I'm also documenting everything for the possibility of further steps, including legal options. For businesses in regulated fields, this experience is a stark warning: Don't support this organization as they are actively enabling false representation, impersonation, and consumer confusion by not following their own standards or federal and state legal guidelines. Update: Kinsta finally "blocked public access" to the site with my business information. I am not changing my one star review, because under advice, I had to submit a formal legal notice citing their own TOS to them and demanding takedown. This was an extremely simple thing to take care of and blatantly obvious legal issue that should have been met with a willingness to follow the law and to follow their own Terms of Service. To Kinsta, Thank you for FINALLY doing what you were supposed to do.
