Extremely Disappointing Experience！！ I recently purchased PVY Libon and can confidently say it has been the worst shopping experience of my life. The quality of the bike and the after-sales service have been utterly disappointing. 1. In September, I received a defective controller for the bike. When I requested a return, I was told that a new controller would be sent for me to replace myself. 2. After making the replacement, I found that the total range was only 37 kilometers under single battery conditions. This raised my suspicion about the battery or motor's efficiency, leading me to doubt the product's quality. When I requested a return, the after-sales service insisted on multiple tests and required me to provide numerous videos. After exchanging dozens of emails and submitting several pieces of evidence, their final response was that a range of 37 kilometers is normal due to production variances! It is shocking that a bicycle advertised with a claimed range of 126 kilometers would be acceptable with only 37 kilometers of range in pedal assist mode in an urban riding environment. 4. The service asked for testing again and again and for difference video and not start the return process. Now they said the return period was expired! I am compelled to take legal action to protect my rights in this matter. I strongly advise potential buyers to consider this before making a purchase.
