Very prompt and thoughtful follow up
Very prompt and thoughtful follow up. As I had missed the first email response and the extended promo code due to a technical difficulty I encountered initially, Amin called to inform he’ll be sending a replacement code before doing so, such that I won’t miss it again. Appreciate the extra mile.
