Actual con artists. Originally the tracking info they gave me was from a parcel coming from China in February. I ordered the item the beginning of April. Then it randomly said it was forwarded to Dayton, Ohio that is about as far away in the state as you can be from where I live. Then it was forwarded again to Chicago, Illinois where it was flagged for counterfeit postage. Same automated probably AI belligerent responses from their weird email support you have to do through the website. Looks like I’m going to have to dispute the chargers. Actual con artists SMH 🤦♂️
