Terrible
I'll begin with this. The Dr. Fone software does nothing that the free software I have doesn't do. It's expensive, and apparently, the product not doing as it's advertised isn't good enough for a refund. I wish I could give it negative stars. The screen unlock "feature" just does what iTunes or 3u Tools does, and those two are free. I can go on and on. I'm going to be waiting for a class action lawsuit to come around..,.. it won't be long
