The earrings I recieved looked like a B-grade version of what was advertised on the webstite.
I came back to this review at Ask and Embla's request to add some additional details to my original review. I did not take my review down as they requested, as I feel it is only fair for others to receive a fair warning through an accurate review. Firstly, the responsiveness of the customer support team was great. However, only after I sent in pictures twice and requested a refund in 3 separate times did they finally refund me. The main issue with Aks and Embla was that the earrings I purchased were inaccurately represented on their website. The spesific earrings I bought were the QRIA HOOP EARRINGS SET. When I received these earrings, they only somewhat resembled what was pictured on the website. In the website pictures the earrings have a defining 'stud' feature on the hoop. The earrings I received were not the same thickness as pictured, and the size of the 'defining stud' was different than in the pictures on the website. These changes in proportions, along with the difference in the way the studs were attached to the earrings, made them look very different from what was pictured. At best, there was a vague resemblance between what I received and what was advertised. —- Update, in response to Ask & Embla’s response below: the pictures simply does not reflect the product. If you do not produce the product you advertise, then perhaps the pictures need to be updated.
