Bad Quality and Zero Customer Service
Shirt and sweatshirt I ordered do not look like picture on website or in Facebook ad. Material is cheaply made. When I emailed for return instructions, I was offered 20% off to keep garments. When I pressed them via email to return garments for a full refund, I was given the address in China. No return form. No US address. Time to take the complaint higher. It's too bad. The boho look is in and there's money to be made for good quality companies. Website is freehippiespirit.com and email for customer service was same domain. Not to be confused with any similar company trying to do business correctly.
