Excellent Service
I was looking for a new battery for an older laptop for which spare parts are not universally available anymore. Newlaptopaccessory.com not only had the item in stock but also offered the best price. The website was easy to navigate and listed all the technical data to make sure I was able to identify the correct model. Shipping to Germany took about three weeks, and I had to pay customs duty plus an additional charge for DHL upon receipt of the parcel. However, Newlaptopaccessory were very forthcoming and immediately reimbursed me these costs upon my request. I should also mention that they enclosed a number of small tools for opening the laptop and installing the battery, which was a handy and thoughtful extra.
