The delivery process is extremely bad. A few times my scheduled deliveries didn't take place at all. The delivery staff don't come to deliver (meaning they don't message you that the delivery will take place or knock your door,) the items but in the app keep showing delivery failed. When you contact Zalora or their partner Ninja van, they take extremely long to respond and most of the time they will reschedule the new delivery date when it is not convenient to you.
