Unhappy and disappointed- I was promised free shipping if I spent…
I was promised free shipping if I spent over $109 initially, which was surprisingly followed by $119, as the process unfolded. I acquiesced and spent over $119 in pursuit of the free shipping offer and then was charged $31 for the shipping anyway. I'm sure I am not the first to point this out to you. This is not a fair and honest way to trade (dishonest practices) and any excitement that I initially had has been replaced by immediate disappointment. Perhaps this is the way that business is done in Hong Kong, and I am just culturally naive? I can only hope that the quality of the products offered, (when they arrive) exceeds the level of quality imbedded in the marketing process. Customer retention (repeat business) is about being relational and not simply transactional. (naturally this requires trust and integrity in the end-to-end process).
