I used the Amazon Music Audio Converter and found it an easy way to back up playlists. The software was easy to use, with tips to guide me through what to do after the installation. The trial is pretty limited, but isn't too expensive for what it is. One thing I really like is how you can choose different formats to convert your audio files into. Too many programs make this step overly complicated, but I was able to find the options easily. The default option is whatever the original format is, but you can change this to mp3 or WAV etc. if you prefer. Only one of the conversion options is blocked in the trial, but since this is one of the few programs I've seen that works with Amazon Music it's a no brainer to buy.
