After purchasing their Hobby plan service ($30), they did not respond to emails for a week, and there was no feedback from ticket support. According to their official documentation, their paid plan service product is a scam. The services and products built using Alibaba Cloud are not operated or maintained by anyone. which makes me suspect that this is a scam. The ClawCloud Run Discord and official help center community are not maintained or responded to, and there are a bunch of bugs that are not being addressed. This is the kind of product service we are dealing with. Even after purchasing the paid version, they do not respond to emails or support tickets. This kind of product service, this kind of money-grabbing service provider, is truly unreliable. If you cannot deliver on the promised paid commercial services, then don’t harm others. Has CLAWCLOUD RUN completely shut down its services? There is no after-sales support.
