The worst service ever, definitely don’t waste your money. They will tell you that you will receive the physical document after 15 to 20 days. I’ve waited 50days for my IDP physical document to arrive and I didn’t receive it. I’ve sent 25 emails in total following up and all I get is wait 5 more days. Wait 1 more week and then after nothing they told me they will refund my money wait 5 to 10 days for it to receive it and as usual I didn’t receive anything. It’s a scam big time do not fall for it
