First Time Customer and Delayed Delivery
First time customer, and for the price of their cakes and shipping, I expect excellence. The delivery date was delayed due to an issue at their shipping facility and the options to make it right were to pick another delivery day (2 days out or 5 days out from the original date) or refund me. Fortunately, this wasn't for a birthday or something important. Once the cake arrived, the recipient seemed to enjoy it, but considering the main point is to order something special for someone on a specific date, I can't recommend the company.
