delivered at 22:14, then went missing.
The Parcel was delivered at 22:14 at night. And just left behind a plant pot. When checking in the morning the parcel was missing. Contacted customer services and there response was to just to say contact the police. There was no care that they'd used a courier with such a poor service and they had no interest in my missing parcel. I'd spent £80 on 2 pairs of shoes and I am now without them. I wouldn't recommend shopping with them.
