Have ordered a AMD Ryzen 7 8845HS Mini PC--NucBox K8 Plus barebone. It arrived to the UK within 8 days. At first attempt fitting brand new RAM which matched the specs on the advert (2x32gb) it went through hiterations of black screen and fan going on and off, support replied a few days later advising to try crucial memories instead. Purchased new RAM as advised and still same, I get black screen. Support have never replied to a single email, only ever manged to get a message back via their Facebook page and now they stopped responding. I have wasted £400 and they are effectively a FRAUD where they have shipped a failing device. Although they advertise an "Always-On Support", this is far from it. I would advice to stay clear from this company as you'll end up wasting money. I am now £400 out of pocket.
