Simplicity after familiarity!
I've been using TurboTenant for over 2 years. I have 17 doors across 3 properties. This is my go-to organizational tool for leases, amendments, work orders, individual marketing for each vacancy, applications, payment - accounting - tax reporting statements, etc. Simplicity, once I got familiar. Makes me happy!
