Ensure plus -Please beware
Please be aware Ensure plus can cause nausea and palpitations to patients due to the huge sugar spike after drinking. My mother was given them on prescription and said often that she felt sick after drinking them so I tried one and I felt awful for hours after with very bad nausea and thumping palpitations yet we are giving them to ill people without making it clear they should not be drunk in one go and need to drink water in between.
