Unreliable Service and Poor Quality Control
I had high hopes for Rev after an outstanding first transcription that exceeded expectations. However, my recent experience was nothing short of disappointing. The quality of transcription has gone downhill significantly, with careless errors and an apparent lack of effort. Despite escalating the issue, their Quality Assurance team dismissed my concerns, blaming "verbatim" guidelines as an excuse for sloppy work. Even senior management seemed clueless about resolving the problem. I had to spend time fixing the errors myself, completely defeating the purpose of outsourcing the task. While they offered a small refund, it didn’t address the real issue: their inability to provide consistent, professional-grade service. I've lost confidence in Rev and have already taken my business elsewhere. If you're looking for reliability and quality, I suggest you do the same.
