The agents take exceptionally long time to reply to any messages, I've been in touch with them for more than 24 hours and they still cannot verify my company's identity to move forward my UK number. Also, the verification process is not mentioned anywhere before paying the service. If I knew it would be like that I would have never signed up for KrispCall.
