Order not received
Order not received. Courier sent me proof of delivery to an unidentified address. Contacted HOKA customer services immediately and received email saying matter would be investigated. Advised that they would reply in 5-10 days. Now 17 days and still waiting. Told not to chase them as subsequent emails from me would go to the back of the queue. Live chat not working and no ‘missing parcel’ category on their website.
