Undelivered and Silence
**Updated on 05 Dec** Received my items on 5th Dec. So I guess based on the average reviews here.. Will probably get the item around 1 month. Bought a labubu on 1st Nov till now , not delivered and no response. It was meant to be a birthday present for a friend on 14th November but was really sad it didn't come as promised. Sent a couple of emails, message via WhatsApp and even DM through their social media.. all went silent.. Should have read the reviews here before buying.. The company should stop operating if they are not able to commit and also have zero customer service. Will report to the authorities.
