Overall, the service is great! I've enjoyed it. They're quick to accommodate when they can. The only real downside is Nadine West is based in Texas, I believe, and the clothing often reflects that. I have to remind customer service I'm in Pennsylvania... so I don't want spring/summer clothing in fall and winter.
