Thank you so much..
First off, I want to appreciate you and your team for responding to my complaint about the book (PATS) mishandled by the logistics company. I got a replacement free of all charges, thank you and I promise to gift the other to a good friend. Secondly, I’ve been a trader for past 2 years, but not consistently profitable yet, studying the book is quite refreshing as I’m getting more clarification on what I thought I knew and more insights on dealing with my improvements. Thank you once again. Cheers
