Completely unprofessional - use another service
I paid for the upgraded "Priority" service on Tuesday and have not heard from my "Consultant" yet - today is Saturday. I made it clear when I paid for this that it was very urgent as I leave in a week for Vietnam. 4 days have passed and I have called/emailed repeatedly. Nothing. Crickets. Completely unacceptable - not sure what I paid for other than being ghosted. Don't do it. I will continue to post updates view reviews - at this point I may need to cancel my trip.
