This bag broke on day one
This bag broke on day one. The snap came apart. Their solution was to send a new zipper pull. As I’m not a cobbler, it was not an easy fix and we ended up breaking it further. They should have replaced the bag. For $170 US $’s what a piece of crap! After this review they replaced the bag. It was easy and seamless. I hope this one lasts forever and the first was just a fluke. I promised to update this after I received the replacement. Thank you to the company for doing the right thing. Going to Europe in March and I will update the review after using it for its purpose, to prevent pickpocketing.
