I sent a fairly large order and they did not help me at all to resolve the problem. for a payment I made correctly but on their side it was unpaid, I contacted support with continuous referrals to my bank and they did not help me at all, the bank obviously confirms that the money has arrived, I just want my order to appear as paid.
