I’ve been dealing with Martha and Christhel who initially got back to me very quickly with some problem solving solutions. However none of these seem to work as it’s the controller that is faulty. It appears to be a well known issue after doing some research and reading forums but now the conversation has dried up. I do not feel as if my Son has used them enough for the controller to break. The shapes still work so all we are after is a new controller to rectify the issue, it’s not rocket science??
