I used to love using this company…
I used to love using this company before they made a couple of very bad decisions to change a perfectly good thing. They now advertise for public, state and federal campgrounds who are direct competitors for all hipcamps paying customers (privately owned) businesses. Since they did that they cut our business in HALF!! This isn't even a step in the right direction for their profit margins! They lose money when their customers lose money.... On another note, I had hundreds of guests messaging me telling me they were having issues with the app and not able to use the messenger for contact. They used to be amazing. I do not suggest using them anymore. As a host who has used them for 5 years now, I wouldn't waste your time or money.
