This company is quite disappointing
This company is quite disappointing. They do not provide a proper help center; while they are associated with Eporello, there is no support available specifically for InkedJoy. Communication is extremely slow, and the platform is not mobile-friendly. There is no phone support or WhatsApp group, and their Facebook page has only 77 members. I have created 1,077 products on the platform, and now I need to rewrite all the titles. After I made some changes, they updated the title input window, which has left me unable to search for my newly titled products. This has created a lot of confusion. I would stop using this service immediately if I hadn't invested so much time into creating those products. Each time I attempt to integrate with my shop, I have numerous questions and must wait several days for responses. I am truly frustrated about the time I have wasted with this company.
