Thieving scumbags.
Those shitbags just took $US300. So, Worthpoint (a generally fairly terrible service, anyway) decided to raise my subscription fee by about a third and, rather than continue to take monthly withdrawals (as per our agreement), they decided to take one large yearly payment. Obviously, the advantage to them is it provides 11 less opportunities per year for subscribers to remember that they should cancel this crappy service. When they took the yearly payment, I noticed, contacted them immediately and they agreed to a refund. However, the refund never seemed to appear. After asking them several times where the refund was they sent me a message telling me that the refund had been processed with some additional drivel about how maybe I just can't see the refund. I had to get the refund from PayPal. I would never go anywhere near Worthpoint ever again.
