The journey to sell my gold jewelry started with the visit of 3 local coin/gold shops... offering me only 70-80% of the actual gold value. Not much better were the results from precious metal refineries... one did not accept private customers, the other never responded to my e-mail and the third did no call back after leaving multiple messages. Until I found Redollar - in the beginning I was skeptical, however, their online calculator was giving me by far the best price of 90% of the gold value. After contacting them all of the transaction went super-smooth and very quick; from getting confirmation e-mails, to the shipping labels, insurance of the package, the assessment of my goods... until payment... altogether including the 2 day shipment in less than 5 days. And the best: I got more then estimated! (I wrongly classified one of the pieces as 10k in the online calculator.. and Redollar found that it was a 14k piece... and added accordingly to the payout.) To sum it up: Very, very good experience with the company: professional, quick and honest - I am glad that I found Redollar and can only recommend them.
