Not As Advertised
We wanted a contemporary-looking white buffet that was as high as our old-fashioned one. I finally found one here. It was advertised to be 36" high and all white. But in the photos, it looked white and gray. I had called already with a question or two, but called the third time to make certain the buffet was all white and that the gray was just shadows from lighting. The guy on the phone said he looked at it personally and it was all white for sure, and that the gray colors were, in fact, due to lighting during the photo shoots. The buffet came, and it's not 36" H, it's 34" high. It's not all white at all; its white and three shades of gray. It's gray when the lights are on, when they are off, and when I put my face practically against the buffet drawers or doors. It's white and gray now that I'm writing this in the dark, with only computer light 8 feet away from it. It's not returnable or refundable, because of the huge sale on the last few in stock. It's not what your employee said it was, it's not what you advertised it to be, it's not what I thought I was ordering and paying for. But now it's mine. I've unsubscribed to your emails and hope to be done with Z Gallerie. This is totally disappointing.
